A full 20% of the comprehensive budget for THE PLAYROOM has been secured through in-kind investment deals with two regional production powerhouses, Post Asylum and MPS Studios. Collectively these agreements provide for the equipment, facilities and services needed to shoot and finish the film to state-of-the-art digital theatrical standards.
These deals effectively guarantee completion of the film

Senate Passes Tax Incentive for Film Investment
The Senate recently passed the long-awaited extension of IRC Section 181, extending the benefit through the end of 2010. This is a significant Federal tax incentive that allows producers and investors to deduct the costs of domestic film production in the year in which expenditures occur.
